Sea to Sky Better at Home program

Volunteers, contractors and paid staff from Sea to Sky Community Services (SSCS) provide Better at Home services in the Sea to Sky Corridor. Communities include Squamish, Whistler, Pemberton and Mt Currie.

By helping seniors remain at home longer, they support diverse, inclusive and vibrant neighborhood's for everyone.

Volunteers have the opportunity to support our clients based on their unique needs, this includes:

• Transportation - both locally and to other communities in the Sea to Sky Corridor including North/West Vancouver and Vancouver for medical appointments (honorarium provided based on location of appointment)
• Friendly visiting - connecting one on one in person or by telephone
• Yard Work - includes weeding, lawn mowing, Spring & Fall clean up
• Grocery Shopping for our clients or with our clients
• Small home repairs
