Mission: To provide youth who have experienced trauma, with effective counselling, education, vocational and other support programming. Vision: Youth at risk through insight and empowerment have the opportunity to achieve their full potential and contribute to their community.

Dan's Legacy provides trauma-informed and culturally sensitive counselling and life-skills intervention programs to youth affected by mental health and addictions issues. Our clients are primarily youth aging out of foster care who are at the highest risk for life-long mental health issues, gang involvement, homelessness, addiction, overdose and suicide. Our therapists go directly to them wherever they are, we try not to have a wait list and our counselling services are free. We also make sure the youth have food, housing, and other programming that connects them to community.
