Who We Are
The 55+ BC Games are BC’s largest annual multi-sport event which aims to enhance the health, lifestyle and public image of BC’s 55+ population by organizing inclusive sporting events, encouraging ongoing competition and year round participation, promoting awareness of older adults as physically active and socially engaged members of the community.
What We Do
Kamloops is proudly hosting the 55+ BC Games September 8-12, 2026, featuring 27 sports and welcoming top participants (3000) from across the province.
