Who We Are

The purpose of the ANCHOR Foundation is to support the mental health and well-being of individuals and communities through crisis prevention, early intervention, and accessible navigation to appropriate supports. The Foundation will develop, promote, and assist in the delivery of trauma-informed tools, education, and community-based resources that help reduce crisis escalation, strengthen connection to care, and improve safety for vulnerable populations, including youth and disabled individuals. The Foundation operates exclusively for charitable and public-interest purposes and will collaborate with service providers, researchers, and community partners to advance effective, equitable, and compassionate crisis support systems across British Columbia and Canada.

What We Do

Anchor is a trauma informed crisis intervention tool for anyone in need of immediate assistance that does not require 911. It is bridge technology that connects anyone anywhere in BC with immediate services while in crisis mode.
