United Way's Period Promise

United Way BC is committed to making it easier for everyone to access the menstrual products they need. United Way BC is working with businesses, unions and agencies to collect and distribute as much product as possible for those in need throughout the communities we serve.

Nobody should have to pick between feeding their family and being able to afford menstrual products. Make your Period Promise to help change that.

The United Way Period Promise campaign, sponsored by Pacific Blue Cross in partnership with CUPE 1816, is a local response to a global issue. United, we can improve access to period products for those in need. 

The United Way Period Promise campaign takes place from May 1 - 31, 2025.

There are many ways you can help make a difference through the 2025 United Way BC Period Promise campaign. You can volunteer to organize or distribute your own Period Promise collection campaign, or donate financially. Learn more here.
