Welcome to UWBC's Hi Neighbour Volunteer Orientation event! If you live in the Lower Mainland or Fraser Valley, join us on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at 6:00 PM (PDT) for an engaging session designed to introduce you to our volunteer program and the iVolunteer platform.

Prepare for the event
- Depending on registration numbers, the orientation format will be online via Teams or in person. You'll receive an email with location or online details a few days before the event. Please check your inbox and spam folder to ensure you have the link.
- For virtual sessions, we recommend checking your internet connection and audiovisual setup to ensure a smooth online orientation experience and allow you to participate fully.
- For in-person sessions, please arrive a few minutes early. Starting and ending the orientation on time allows us to respect everyone's time.
- Please sign up on the iVolunteer platform before the event if you haven't already done so. This will allow you to start exploring volunteer opportunities right away!
- Think about any questions you may have about volunteering with us. This is a great way to get them answered by our team!
