Our building is used by local community groups, non-profits, recurring organizations, meetings, workshops, and special events. We’re looking for someone who enjoys keeping things organized and communicating with people to help make sure those rentals run smoothly. As our Rental Operations Coordinator, you’ll help manage the rental calendar and bookings, communicate with prospective and existing renters, keep rental agreements and paperwork organized, and coordinate basic building access and facility information. You’ll also work with our internal team to make sure rooms are ready and scheduling conflicts are avoided. This is primarily an administrative and coordination role — not sales or marketing. We already receive rental inquiries and have regular renters. The focus is on organization, communication, scheduling, and maintaining good relationships with the community groups using our space.
