Grab a litter picker and garbage bag and clean up the neighbourhood! (equipment will be supplied) This is a perfect opportunity for a team of 2 and it won't take more than 2 hours.
You will take over the street clean-up shift of the Clayton Community Farmer's Market on 70 Ave between 188 Street and 194A Street in Clayton. This opportunity is available every other Sunday between May 2 and October 24.
Pick up all supplies from the Market Staff of Clayton Community Farmer's Market at 10 am and bring everything back to the same spot after you are finished. A wagon for your garbage bag can be provided.

IMPORTANT NOTES TO VOLUNTEERS:
WAIVER: You must sign and return the attached Volunteer Release and Liability Waiver for adults and minors (under 18 years).
To view the waiver:
- Click on RESPOND
- Select your volunteer shifts
- Scroll to the bottom and select " I have read and agree to the volunteer waiver"
- Download the waiver and click on the checkbox
- Click on SUBMIT OPPORTUNITY RESPONSE
- Sign and email a copy to the event contact or bring it with you to the event.
We must receive a signed copy of your waiver before you can volunteer.
REMINDER: It’s important to unregister yourself from the shift if you’re unable to fulfill your commitment – this will allow another volunteer to register for your spot.

Maintain physical distancing by keeping a minimum 2-meter distance between you and any other person not in your immediate family. Where social distancing is not possible, it is advisable for all parties to wear face masks.
Practice good hand hygiene by washing your hands thoroughly and often. Wash hands with soap for a minimum of 20 seconds and rinse under clean running water.
