How this works:
You will be part of a team distributing hampers outside in the parking lot at Gordon Presbyterian (under tents). The hampers include dry goods and perishables. We are currently serving 50 households and our desire is to treat all with respect and dignity in this time of COVID. No judgement. No questions. Simply giving with compassion for our neighbours.
Please arrive at 12:30, use hand sanitizer, and put on mask and gloves as directed. A staff member will direct you to the assigned task for the day. You may be asked to help with set up (tents and tables), as well as unloading cars to prepare for distribution. Following the distribution, (1:00 - 2:00pm), cars will be loaded with any left over perishables and the site will be dismantled. (Tents and tables collapsed and stored inside the church)
