Volunteers to serve refreshments for seniors in Chilliwack area

The Seniors Connect Cafe plans to meet on a weekly basis in a local Chilliwack park, once the pandemic restrictions lift. We hope this can begin in June and would contnue until able to meet inside or it becomes too cold to meet outside. We are looking for caring and empathetic volunteers who enjoy conversing with older adults and would be willing to set up, take down and serve refreshments each Thursday morning from 9am to noon. Also those who are only able to assist once of twice monthly, can apply.
