The Compassionate Neighbourhood Health Partners Society (CNHPS) is looking for volunteers to help make our annual fundraising event a success!
This is a one-time event on Saturday, June 15, 2024. The sale will run from 9:00am – 2:00pm, but volunteers will be needed before and after the sale for setup and cleanup as well.
Volunteers are needed to help with tasks such as:
- Setting up advertising, tables and chairs, etc.
- Setup and cleanup of tents
- Waving placards near the road to invite people in
- First aid attendants
- Attending the garage sale table
- Helping with the bbq lunch
- Helping with the bake sale and refreshments booth
- Helping with the kids area
- Running the popcorn machine
- Help with making balloon animals
- Garbage maintenance
- Cleaning tables
- Carrying items to cars for those who need help
- Cleanup of tables and chairs, extra items, etc.
