Lifetime Networks is a not for profit society that supports people with diverseabilities and those who experience other barriers to creating and sustaining lasting friendships.
As a Network Friend, you are matched with a Focus Person based on mutual interests and personalities. Friends visit with their Focus Person once or twice a month to develop a reciprocal friendship. Friends communicate and receive support from their Network’s facilitator.
We have many people on our list hoping to add a new friend to their network. As this is a position involving building a friendship, we ask for a minimum of a year for commitment. Contact us for an application form and we will assist in the matching process to find a good fit.
As we work with the vulnerable sector, volunteers must be double vaccinated for COVID-19 and a few items of paperwork will be collected prior to volunteering.
