We're looking for help to wrap trees with utility galvanized wire to allow the beavers to take specific trees for their homes
- Wrapping appx 100 trees along Lower Cougar Creek, working both downstream and upstream of the Beaver Pond Leveller..
- We could work in 5 teams of 3 people each: a Wrapper, a Wire Cutter and a Hog-Ring Attacher (I have 5 hog ring pliers, enough for one per team).
Please meet at Planet Ice Delta North end of the parking lot at 11am sharp!
If volunteers would like to take a guided circle-tour along Lower Cougar Creek, a Burns Bog Boardwalk loop and a bit of Cougar Canyon from 2-3pm.
