Volunteer: Food Sorting and Packing Hampers - Food For FamiliesDo you want to make a difference in the lives of families in our community? CityReach Care Society is looking for motivated and enthusiastic volunteers to help prepare fresh and healthy food hampers to serve up to 1000 families, each week. Food for Families is a free, nutritious food bank for vulnerable families and seniors in the Greater Vancouver Area. We serve households with wholesome and healthy food including fresh fruit, vegetables, dairy, proteins, and grains. Volunteering Position Description: Food Sorting and Packing Hampers - Vancouver Location Duties will depend on your specific volunteer role and may include: An orientation tour and training are provided for volunteers on their first day of volunteering.
