Adult Learning Volunteers cover a range of literacy topics such as Reading, Writing, Math, and Financial literacy. As a volunteer tutor for Adult Learning services you will: 

Meet for orientation and receive digital resources  Be matched with a learner depending on your time, skills, and interests. Schedule is flexible.  Tutor in small groups or one-to-one sessions  Receive ongoing mentoring and support  Contribute to a more inclusive community  Feel enriched and rewarded because you make a real difference in an adult learner’s life!

Bookworm Friends volunteers read to children to share the joys of reading. As a volunteer, you will: 

Be connected with individual children, small groups, daycares or classes in-person or online once a week.  Create positive experiences with a shared focus on literacy.  Receive a new set of loaned books each month, or you and the child will choose them from school or public libraries.  Be supported by the program coordinator  Feel enriched and rewarded because you make a real difference in a child’s life!
