Make an Impact as a Fundraiser Assistant for Vulnerable Youth in Bolivia

Are you passionate about driving change and creating opportunities for vulnerable youth? Join the Bolivian Children Foundation as a Fundraiser Assistant and play a key role in empowering children and young adults in our homes in Bolivia.

We need your help to identify new partnerships and networking opportunities that will raise more funds for our children’s and youth homes. In this key role, you’ll:

Coordinate Fundraising Efforts: Plan and execute impactful campaigns and events, set fundraising goals, and track progress while engaging the community and volunteers.Pursue Corporate Sponsorships: Identify and secure partnerships with businesses, maintain relationships with corporate sponsors, and develop recognition programs to keep them engaged.Research and Write Grants: Identify grant opportunities, assist in writing compelling applications, and gather data and stories to support proposals.

Your leadership will help sustain and expand our programs, ensuring that children in our care have access to education, healthcare, and the loving support they need to thrive.

As part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in sharing our story, connecting with supporters, and showcasing the incredible work we do to empower vulnerable children and youth. This is a flexible and fun opportunity to use your skills in social media management, storytelling, and communication while being part of a purpose-driven community—all from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities: 

Social Media Management: 

Develop and execute a content calendar for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). 

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that highlights BCF’s work, success stories, and upcoming events. 

Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction. 

Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to increase reach and engagement. 

Supporter Communications: 

Draft and send newsletters, updates, and announcements to BCF’s supporter base. 

Collaborate with the Sponsorship Program Coordinator to share relevant stories and updates that resonate with donors and sponsors. 

Manage the contact list, ensuring supporter information is accurate and up-to-date. 

Assist with crafting messaging for fundraising campaigns and events. 

Event Promotion: 

Promote any BCF events, fundraising campaigns, and volunteer opportunities through social media and email. Engage with the community to boost event participation and donor involvement.
