CareBC is looking for volunteers to help deliver meals by bike or car for our Western and Chinese Meals on Wheels programs in Vancouver and Richmond. Volunteers support vulnerable seniors and homebound individuals, helping them stay safe, nourished and connected to their community.


Volunteer Impact:
Our dedicated volunteer team delivers over 400 meals a day, Monday – Friday.
Beyond meals, you’ll offer:

A friendly visit An informal wellness check

Your check-in helps reduce isolation and provides peace of mind to both clients and their loved ones.


What does it take to be a Meals on Wheels Volunteer?

·         Deliver when it works for you, flexible scheduling!

·         Just a weekday between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. in Vancouver or Richmond

·         A warm smile and a heart for connecting with isolated seniors


Why we do it:

To help keep seniors and isolated individuals live independently and confidently in their own homes To help relieve stress on caregivers
