The Old Age Pensioners Organization (OAPO) #173 is a not for profit society registered with the BC Registry. We are governed by a board of directors who are elected by the membership of the society. The election of directors take place at an annual general meeting. Any person over the age of 50 is eligible to become a member.
Our main function is the operation and maintenance of the Sardis Senior's Activity Centre. The Sardis Senior's Activity Centre (OAPO #173) is a community center that brings a host of fun and informative activities to friends both old and new. Our membership's age ranges from 50 to 100+.
