Who We Are
The Link (Lakes District Family Enhancement Society [LDFES]) is a non-profit society established in 1992. The Link is a hub of programs and services that helps increase community capacity and sustainability through building community connections and improving family supports and health outcomes for community members.
What We Do
The Link is delivering the Lakes District Better at Home service. Better at Home is a program that helps seniors with simple non-medical day-to-day tasks so that they can continue to live independently in their own homes and remain connected to their community.
