KinVillage Association

KinVillage is a not-for-profit organization in Tsawwassen, Delta, that supports older adults in living their lives fully. It provides a continuum of health, housing, and wellness programs on campus while nurturing a sense of community and belonging. Our vision is a caring community where every person feels they matter. The organization's first residence opened in 1980. While we've grown since the original model, we continue as a community-based non-profit society. We are supported by various levels of government and collaborate with other agencies to provide outreach programs. Our organization is enriched by the lives of those we serve, buoyed by the talents and generosity of hundreds of volunteers, and staffed by a team dedicated to making KinVillage a caring, vibrant community.

Our mission, vision, and values are central to our approach to service. They define who we are and what we strive to achieve every day: supporting older adults in living their lives to the fullest. Our campus of care offers four types of housing: independent living, senior supportive housing, assisted living, and long-term residential care. Additionally, we have a volunteer-led Community Centre for seniors aged 50 and older, where our programs and services promote socialization and healthy aging. KinVillage is also dedicated to supporting older adults living in the broader community through outreach programs, such as the Day Program for Older Adults, and through partnerships with other agencies, including Meals on Wheels, Social Prescribing, LTC @ Home, health clinics, and support groups.
