By focusing on the six pillars of brain health, we empower individuals to take charge of their brain health, leading to a more fulfilling and vibrant life. Our mission is to raise awareness, provide resources, and foster a supportive community that prioritizes brain health for all adults across their lifespan even if they have dementia.
What We Do
We promote health by using the six pillars of brain health (nutrition, cognitive, physical, social, stress management including environmental, and sleep). We build awareness and support to educate all adults about brain health across their lifespan.
