Reducing isolation, increasing community connections, and bolstering the capacity to live independently for all who seek it through the provision of programs and direct volunteer services centered around the development of strong relationships and lasting human connections. Offerings include, but are not limited to, drives to essential appointments, document assistance, tax support, walks, visits, reassurance phone calls, seasonal gardening, minor home repairs, Silent Disco events, social prescribing through our Community Connector, and much more.
