Anchor Trusted Guidance Foundation

Who We Are

ANCHOR is a British Columbia-based non-profit organization dedicated to helping people find the right support when life feels overwhelming. We provide a trauma-informed digital platform that brings trusted mental health, financial, housing, employment, family, crisis, and community resources together in one accessible place. ANCHOR was created around a simple belief: people should not have to navigate complex systems alone, especially during vulnerable moments. Our platform helps individuals understand their options, take manageable next steps, and connect with existing supports before challenges escalate. Beyond navigation, ANCHOR is developing a systems-change approach that listens to people with lived experience and works alongside community organizations, employers, unions, healthcare partners, and municipalities to identify where people fall through the cracks. Our vision is to build stronger, more connected communities where finding help is clear, accessible, and supported.

What We Do

The ANCHOR Foundation primary product is the App. A trauma-informed crisis navigation platform that helps people find the right support when life feels overwhelming. We connect users with trusted mental health, crisis, financial, housing, employment, family, and community resources while providing practical tools to help them pause, regulate, and take their next step. ANCHOR also works with communities and organizations to identify barriers, gaps, and opportunities to improve how people access support. Our goal is simple: make finding help easier, earlier, and more accessible for all.
