GenNext

United Way GenNext is a year-round movement that creates real, positive, long-term impact by encouraging professionals in their 20s and 30s to give back to our community. It is dedicated to enriching the lives of the next generation of influencers, motivators, and change-makers through a series of your-round initiatives that foster relationships and provide professional growth opportunities. Our goal is to build an impassioned community of United Way champions.  

GenNext is led by a volunteer cabinet made up of emerging leaders from organization across the Lower Mainland.

Over the past three years, over $70,000 has been raised through GenNext events and initiatives in support of local United Way funded after-school programs. These programs help vulnerable kids and youth access safe activities, good role models and a place to explore and belong.
