To best support our Non-Profit partners, we will be hosting sessions where you can join and ask your questions, connect with United Way British Columbia's internal Volunteer team and other agency managers, and hopefully, leave with some new knowledge and confidence about how to use iVolunteer.ca to the fullest potential!
One of our Volunteer Team members will be available in real-time for your questions. During these sessions, we will not be conducting full training. What you can look forward to are answers to specific questions about the features.
These sessions are blocked for one hour.
Please expect individual follow-ups after the session has been completed as needed.
If more than 5 participants are in the session, you may be muted to help our Volunteer Team member focus on questions one at a time.
To ensure we are able to answer your questions during the session, please email us your questions before the scheduled session so we can address them in the first 30 minutes of the session.
