If so, we are looking to expand our team of volunteer drivers.
How this works
This volunteer position includes the responsibility of driving senior citizens to and from medical appointments.
Our volunteer drivers pick up the senior's at their residences and drive them to their appointment destination. You will help the senior into the doctor's office, wait for them and then drive them home. All our Senior clients are Burnaby based, and drivers will transport them to medical appointments within Burnaby, and to Vancouver, the Tricities, as well as New Westminister.

There are no costs for the volunteer driver to cover. All expenses are covered by our organization.

Your health and safety are important to us
Maintain physical distancing by keeping a minimum 2-meter distance between you and any other person not in your immediate family.
Wearing a non-medical mask or face covering while out in public is recommended for periods of time when it's not possible to consistently maintain a 2-metre physical distance from others, particularly in crowded public settings.
Avoid touching your face and in particular your eyes, nose and mouth.
Practice good hand hygiene by washing your hands thoroughly and often. Wash hands with soap for a minimum of 20 seconds and rinse under clean running water.
