Can you pick up face masks from S.U.C.C.E.S.S. and deliver them to South Vancouver Neighbourhood House?
S.U.C.C.E.S.S (220-7000 Minoru Blvd, Richmond) has made batch of hand-made face masks that they hope to send out to community. Please help if you able to drive 50 masks from S.U.C.C.E.S.S. to South Vancouver Neighbourhood House (6470 Victoria Dr, Vancouver) on any of the following days/times:
Friday March 26th (between 9-5)
Monday March 29th (between 9-5)
Wednesday March 31st (between 9-5)
Thank you for your time and willingness! Only those who have a valid driver's license and are registered volunteers may apply.
Your health and safety are important to us
Maintain physical distancing by keeping a minimum 2-meter distance between you and any other person not in your immediate family.
Wearing a mask or face covering while out in public is recommended for periods of time when it's not possible to consistently maintain a 2-metre physical distance from others, particularly in crowded public settings.
Avoid touching your face and in particular your eyes, nose and mouth.
Practice good hand hygiene by washing your hands thoroughly and often. Wash hands with soap for a minimum of 20 seconds and rinse under clean running water.
If you are unwell, please stay home and do not volunteer. If you are at all unsure of your health status, the BC Centre for Disease Control’s online self-assessment tool is available at https://covid19.thrive.health/.
