Every year, the BC labour community comes together to celebrate the holidays by sharing with those in need. Over 2,000 people and families take part in this annual tradition. Unfortunately, the 2020 edition had to be cancelled given the COVID-19 pandemic. For 2021, the event format and scope are being adapted in response to the pandemic and capacity constraints. This means that for 2021, food hampers and toys will be offered, but there will not be any catered food, or a clothing drive and the event will take place in Vancouver only.

Volunteers Needed!

December 23rd - Volunteers will be handing out hampers and toys.

What you will be helping with:

• Assist with distributing Christmas Hampers and toys to families
• Clean up of Hall at end of event
• Other duties as required

Other Helpful Information: 

• This distribution site is located INDOORS
• You must show BC vaccine passport & ID at start of shift
• Volunteers are required to wear masks while volunteering
• Social distancing maintained wherever possible
• Disinfectant will be provided.
