United Way BC is providing welcome packages to displaced Ukrainians arriving in BC. Working with others, the UWBC Kit Assembly Volunteer will be assisting with assembling items to put together to be included in welcome packages.
What you will be helping with:
- Assemble listed items into bags.
- Items will include hygiene items, and other helpful items.
Other Helpful Information:
- This volunteer locations is INDOORS at the United Way BC office in Burnaby.
(4543 Canada Way, Burnaby, BC V5G 4T4) - Free parking available.
- Volunteers are requested to be fully vaccinated.
- Training and orientation will be provided at start of the shift.
- Volunteers are encouraged to bring minimal belongings as there may not be a secure place for them while volunteer.
