The United Way BC Donation Delivery Volunteer will be assisting with pickup/delivery of our stock of welcome bags, children's activity kits and other supply items at various locations throughout the Lower Mainland & Fraser Valley. Using their own vehicle, the volunteer will be picking up a variety of supply items, up to approximately 50-Welcome Bags & additional supply items at the UWBC Burnaby Offices & various locations.
Upon arriving at the designated drop off location, the volunteer will park, unload any supplies and welcome packages to be delivered.
What you will be helping with:
- Pickup stock of Welcome Bags & supply items from UWBC Burnaby office or a designated location
- Drop off stock of Welcome Bags & supply items to UWBC Burnaby office or a designated location
- Move and unload Welcome Bags & supply items into storage area or designated space for distribution

- Prior to your first shift, you will have a connect call with a UWBC Volunteer Coordinator to outline your role & answer questions
- Volunteers must be able to walk for 15 minutes and able to lift boxes used to move Welcome Packages & supply items
