We need volunteers to help us at our family-friend fall event to celebrate our Dominican culture. Come be a part of this amazing event and share in our culture, dance and music!
The event takes place on Oct 22 at St Francis de Sales School in Edmonds. Volunteers should arrive at 12 pm and plan to stay until 5 pm.
Volunteer activity monitors are needed to keep an eye on the children's activity stations. Volunteers will not be interacting with children but will make sure that the areas are kept clean and safe. Activity stations will be open throughout the duration of the event.
Requirements for this role include:
- Be friendly and patient with children!
- Willingness to work as a team to ensure the activity stations are kept clean, safe and organized.
Time commitment: 12 pm - 5pm
All volunteers will arrive at 12 pm to help set up before the event and help clean up after the event at 4 pm. We anticipate clean-up will be done in under an hour.
When you arrive, please check in with Doris. A buffet lunch will be provided for volunteers before the event doors open.
We encourage volunteers to participate in the celebrations and experience Dominican culture!
