What is a Hi Neighbour volunteer activity?
Hi Neighbour volunteer activities are self-directed new and easy ways to get involved in your community. And they're fun to do!
We've created accessible ways for individuals to volunteer and pay it forward through a number of activities that can be done individually or by connecting with like-minded people.
We're inviting the residents of Princeton to join our volunteer team and help us create a positive impact in Princeton. Sign up to be a part of Princeton's Hi Neighbour volunteer community!
Here's how this works:
Gather your friends and turn this activity into a party, or do it on your own.
When you're done, take photos of your neighbourhood beautification project and send them to Princeton's Hi Neighbour's team, Tanya and Kaileigh. Share details of where to find your work of art, and they'll share it on our social channels. You and your project could be featured in iVolunteer's newsletter to inspire others to create local love where they live!
The activity:
Let's face it - fairy gardens bring out the kid in all of us! They're fun to build and spark a little joy in our hearts when we stumble upon one. Build your own fairy garden with friends or your kids, or talk to Tanya and Kaileigh about making it a neighbourhood project!
