About this event
Hi Neighbour, South Coquitlam is hosting a family-friendly celebration of diversity and inclusion! Join us at our Multicultural Spring Celebration on Sunday, April 2, at Societe Francophone (French Society-938 Brunette Ave. Suite #200) in Coquitlam. We're expecting a big turnout, and we're looking for volunteers who can help us create a little magic and make this event a success!
Families are welcome to volunteer together!

Here's how you'll help:
We need six volunteers to help us with a variety of tasks.
- All volunteers help with pre-event tasks: setting up tables, chairs, food and craft stations
- 1-2 volunteers help with registration at the check-in table
- Two volunteers oversee the craft stations by keeping them organized and clear of debris. Volunteers will not directly supervise children.
- One volunteer to assist the Easter Bunny mascot (this may include helping the mascot with the costume and guiding them to greet children)
- Two volunteers oversee the food station by keeping it clean, tidy and well-stocked.
- All volunteers help with post-event tasks: collapsing tables, and chairs, clearing up food and craft stations, picking up trash and sorting recyclable items
There will be some lifting and moving items related to these tasks. Please notify Erinn if you have a back injury or are unable to lift items weighing up to 10kg, and you will be assigned to other tasks.
