Event Set Up Volunteers - Vyshyvanka Day Rally

Ukrainian Canadian Advocacy Group & UCC is in need of Event set-up Volunteers for the Vyshyvanka Day Rally to held on May 20th. Vyshyvanka Day (Embroidered Shirt Day) is an annual Ukrainian celebration & will be held in the Plaza of the Vancouver Art Gallery.

What you will be helping with:

• Set up of tents
• Set up of art exhibitions
• Placing decorations as needed

Other Helpful Information:

• This volunteer locations is Outdoors at the Vancouver Art Gallery, Plaza, Vancouver BC.
  
• After responding to this opportunity a coordinator will reach out with additional details.
  
• Volunteers are encouraged to bring minimal belongings as there may not be a secure place for them while volunteer.
• Volunteers must be able to stand for a 2 hour period & lift items such as tents & tables.
