Coming to lend a hand after the Farmers' Market is a quick and easy way to help.
We are a team of people working together to complete a list of activities and we help each other until we're complete. We are open Sat/Sun until the end of September.
Before we open (Sat 8:30 - 10:00, Sun 10:30 - 12:00)
- Setup chairs
- Wipe down picnic tables
- Open sandbox
- Tidy up grounds as needed
- Setup areas for special events with a few chairs/tables
- Set out drinking water for the public
- Assist on-site coordinator for various tasks that may change day to day.
After we close (Sat 12:30 - 2:00, Sun 2:30 - 4:00)
- Pick up garbage from around the grounds, look specifically under picnic tables.
- Tidy up the toys in the kids play area and cover the sandbox.
- Put away tables and tents.
- Collapse umbrellas so the wind doesn’t blow them away.
- Process the garbage & recycling l
- Perform a quick check of the bathrooms.
- Assist on-site coordinator for various tasks that may change day to day.
If you're interested in performing some of these tasks please apply. You can choose before we open, after we close or both. We're happy for a day of help or a month or season as well. We welcome any and all support.
