About this Event
The Teddy Bears' Picnic is an opportunity for families to gather together with others in the community and provide an encouraging way for children to be able to meet others their own age.
Families will be bringing their own food and picnic supplies and teddies!
We are looking for volunteers to help support this event.
Volunteers are needed to help on Aug 23 - 12:30pm - 3pm be assisting in the following ways:
- Setup & Cleanup
- Snack distribution
- Assisting with non age specific games
- *Face painting & balloon animals (*Please indicate your interest in this task in the response notes if you are able to help)

Other Helpful Information:
- This volunteer location is OUTDOORS
- Training will be provided at the start of your shift.
- Supplies for face painting and balloon animals will be provided to volunteers who are able to fill this role.
- Volunteers are encouraged to bring minimal belongings as there may not be a secure place for them while volunteer.
