We are looing for enthusiastic volunteers to help make this event unforgettable. Whether you're passionate about food, decorations, or ensuring a smooth check-in process, we have a role for you!
Volunteer Roles:

Chef/Kitchen Assistant (4 spots): Assist in bringing out food, dishwashing, and kitchen clean-up.

Set-up & Decorations (6 spots): Set-up begins at 2:30 pm. Bring your creativity to help create a captivating atmosphere.

Ushers (2 spots): Ensure orderly queues during check-in, helping the event start smoothly.

Guide to Kids' Room (2 spots): Escort children to the designated area (Criminal Record Check required).

Kids Tables with Crafts and Games (4 spots): Engage children with fun activities (Parents are responsible for their children).

Check-in/Information Desk (6 spots): Assist guests during check-in and answer basic event-related questions.

Food and Beverage Management/Answering Questions (8 spots): Serve food and address queries about ingredients and food intolerances.

Clean-up (6 spots): Focus on clean-up from 9:15 pm to 9:50 pm. We must vacate the space by 10:00 pm.
