The J Healthcare Initiative is seeking a passionate and dedicated Fund Development Specialist to support our mission of advocating for expanded legal-prescription access to regulated opioids and stimulants, aiming to reduce deaths caused by the unregulated toxic drug crisis.
As the Fund Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating and implementing both short-term and long-term fundraising strategies that foster a culture of philanthropy aligned with our cause.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with current and prospective donors/supporters to build strong relationships and raise awareness about our mission.
- Cultivating and soliciting contributions from individuals, foundations, and corporate partners.
- Developing and executing donor recognition and stewardship programs to express gratitude and provide ongoing support to our valued donors.
- Writing compelling grant proposals and funding applications to secure financial support for our initiatives.
- Creating a range of engaging fundraising materials and resources, such as brochures, presentations, and online content, to effectively communicate our mission and impact.
