Our Saturday market happens on these dates:
June 15 & 29
July 6 & 20
August 3, 17 & 31
September 14 & 28
October 5th (last market of the season)
About this role:
Do you like meeting new people? Do you like helping people learn about farmers markets and the importance of local farmers, artists, crafters and bakers? Can you speak multiple languages? We are looking for volunteers to help our customers at our farmers market!

Welcoming people to our market.

Explaining different food items to individuals.

Translating for immigrants if you know their language.
Time Commitment:
We are open to the public from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We setup at 8am to 10am and tear down from 3 until 5pm.
It would be wonderful if you can join us for the full day but if you can only do part of the day, that will be wonderful too!

We do require a criminal record check. This can be done for free through the police department. They will not charge you if you tell them you are a volunteer for our non profit organisation. Please email us a copy of the results to the volunteer@surreymarket.org email.
