We want to thank our NPO for the hard work in acquiring our first salad bar program at its first elementary school! It was solely funded by the hard work and sales made at Wesco Foods. We appreciate the support of our community as we will be providing more salad bars at other schools in the Alberni Valley!
We are planning and organizing a Farm Field Trip for the elementary school kids at the end of the school year! Destination: Shelter Farm!!
There will be activities, farm workshops, animals, plants, bees and all other fun stuff! The kids will be going home with a basket of fresh vegetables and fruits from the farm that will be purchased by our NPO.
