About the event

Mela Shoukeenana Da is a joyful, free, women's-only gathering. It's a day for women to celebrate and enjoy music, dance, food, and cultural activities. Melas often feature traditional Punjabi folk dances like the Giddha and Bhangra and performances by local artists. The atmosphere is filled with excitement, colourful attire, and laughter.

If you’re enthusiastic about building community, exploring cultural experiences, and empowering women, this volunteer opportunity is for you! Whether you champion women's rights, love exploring cultural events, or enjoy connecting with others, Mela Shoukeenana Da is where you belong!

Come be a part of celebrating womanhood, building bonds, and creating meaningful change!
