At Progressive Intercultural Community Services (PICS), we are dedicated to supporting seniors in our community. We are looking for caring and reliable volunteers to provide safe, friendly transportation for seniors, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
What you will be helping with:
Driving seniors and assisting them to get to their medical or other essential appointments.
Picking the seniors up after the appointment to take them home.
In some cases, a senior may need extra support. You may walk them to the reception desk and pick them up at the reception desk afterward.
Volunteers do not attend medical appointments.
Requirements:
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
A reliable vehicle with valid insurance.
Ability to pass a criminal record check (free for volunteers).
A friendly, patient, and respectful attitude towards seniors.

Volunteer Certificate: Upon completion of 100 hours of volunteering, receive a certificate.
