About the Project:

The African-Canadian Seniors and Single Parents Assn (ACSSPA) is dedicated to breaking down the barriers to digital technology for African seniors, enabling them to access essential online services and enhancing their health through educational programs. This initiative aims to foster community integration, alleviate isolation, and promote the well-being of elderly African-Canadians and seniors from diverse backgrounds. The workshops focus on a broad range of digital skills, from basic internet navigation to health management, and education on healthy lifestyle habits and the importance of sleep for mental health. By volunteering, you'll reduce isolation and foster inclusivity, ensuring seniors can confidently access digital services and maintain healthy habits.
