Description

Once you have applied for this opportunity, we will schedule an appointment to complete the orientation process (15 minute onboarding + practical training counted as part of the first volunteering shift).

  • Work closely with the BH staff.

  • Check voice mail every day first thing in the morning, followed up by checking emails.

  • Support members signing-in.

  • Reply to inquiries related to programs, registration dates, cancellations, and refunds (in person, via phone call, and via email). 

  • Answer phone calls made to the office and direct members to the appropriate staff member when needed.

  • Be the point of contact between greeter's desk & staff.

  • Issue cash & card sales of programs, and store-front (you will be taught to operate a POS machine for card sales).

  • Communicate with the staff to know the daily updates and changes in the daily operations.

  • Attend office volunteer’s meetings.
