Assist kitchen supervisor with food preparation, cooking, serving and clean-up while following food safety and hygiene protocols.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Take directives from kitchen supervisor
· Clean and maintain kitchen area
· Assist in preparing food items
· Wash dishes, pots & pans, cutlery and cooking utensils
· Dispose of trash and garbage containers
· Clean and sanitize, countertops, kitchen surfaces and dining tables
· Restock kitchen items as required
· Operate point of sale terminal
