Mount Paul Community Food Centre (CFC) is operated by Interior Community Services and is a welcoming place where people come together to grow, cook, share and advocate for good food for all. CFCs offers responsive programming in a shared space where food builds health, hope, skills and community. As CFC works with diverse and vulnerable populations, we are committed to a kind, respectful and understanding work environment.
By joining the Mount Paul CFC, you will play a key role in helping us mee the needs of the community. As a volunteer, you can choose from a variety of programs, including food recovery, community meals, garden drop ins, meals on wheels or the affordable produce market.

-Has, or would like to develop, skills in gardening, food processing, and customer service

A Position Title Volunteer’s main tasks are:
-Supporting program goals and outcomes
-Engaging with participants, staff, and other volunteers
-Processing, growing, preparing, and serving food
-Helping create a welcoming and inclusive environment
Experience is not required. You will be given training based on which programs you enroll to volunteer once you are onboarded!
