Who We Are

Founded in 1973 by a passionate group of immigrant volunteers who wanted to contribute back to Canada, S.U.C.C.E.S.S. has evolved into one of the largest social service agencies in Canada. We promote the well-being of all Canadians and newcomers through services and advocacy that support their integration into an inclusive society.

As a forward-thinking organization, S.U.C.C.E.S.S. leads the development of innovative programs, services, and best practices that address the evolving needs of our communities. Guided by our core values, our staff and volunteers work collaboratively to create positive community impacts.

Vision

A vibrant Canadian society where people thrive and contribute to inclusive communities.

Mission

S.U.C.C.E.S.S. empowers people on their Canadian journey to achieve their goals through services and advocacy that promote belonging, wellness, and independence.

What We Do

From helping newcomers settle, supporting seniors into social housing, S.U.C.C.E.S.S. has programs and activities for just about anyone.

We need volunteer support for our ongoing Better at Home programs for Seniors, emotional support Help Lines, and fundraising events.
