Position Concept: To act as a goodwill ambassador of Parent Support Services Society of BC by assisting all the guest and staff in the 50th Anniversary Gala Fundraiser on June 6, 2024, at Hilton Vancouver Metrotown from 4:00 to 9:00 pm
DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
- Help with the set up and turn down of the tables
- Meeting and greeting guest warmly
- Ensure that guest are properly seated and that late seating policies are followed.
- Assist with guest seating and tickets situations.
- Responsible for handing out and picking up programs, signs, etc.
- Assisting guest with disabilities
- Assisting our guests in case of emergency situations or evacuation.
- Promoting and selling to our guest 50/50 tickets during the event
