Once you have applied for this opportunity, we will schedule an appointment to complete the orientation process (15 minute onboarding + practical training counted as part of the first volunteering shift).
Work closely with the BH staff.
Check voice mail every day first thing in the morning, followed up by checking emails.
Support members signing-in.
Reply to inquiries related to programs, registration dates, cancellations, and refunds (in person, via phone call, and via email).Â
Answer phone calls made to the office and direct members to the appropriate staff member when needed.
Be the point of contact between greeter's desk & staff.
Issue cash & card sales of programs, and store-front (you will be taught to operate a POS machine for card sales).
Communicate with the staff to know the daily updates and changes in the daily operations.
Attend office volunteer’s meetings.
